Base
Rate
|
- You
would
only pay for service time
at a rate of 1$/minute
or 60$/hour.
|
|
2
|
- Administrative
Fee (Waived for Most Events Effective 5-1-2010)
|
- There
would
be a 10%-20%
administrative
fee
which would cover applicable taxes, fees, surcharges, entrance fees,
parking, gate fees, and
credit card handling &
processing. Contingent upon a smooth reservation this fee would
be waived as of 5/1/10.
|
|
2a
|
Fuel Fee
(Effective 5-1-2010) |
- Fuel charge will
apply to ALL events which would begin and end at our base location; NOT
your pick up/drop off location!
|
|
3
|
Gratuity
|
- Gratuity
of 20%-30%
will be added accordingly, which is for our chauffeurs' real
wages!
|
|
| 3a |
Commute
Time |
- Travel
time to & from your destination WILL apply, unless waived in
WRITING
ONLY. You may calculate such charges quite easily by
mapping our location from here to your destination. It is always safe
to assume
the adverse traffic conditions.
|
|

|
Total
Charge
|
- Based
on the
above mentioned breakdowns (travel time + service
time usage + fuel fee +
gratuity) your hourly service charge would be (60$+fuel$+12$)=72$/hour+fuel
charge to
(60$+fuel$18$)=78$/hour+fuel
charge,
respectively.
- The variation depends on the
itinerary, number of passengers, etc.
|
|
| 3c |
- Airport
& FasTrak (Bridge Toll) Charges
- Golden Gate Bridge Charge
- Credit
Card Payment & Processing
|
- Effective 6/1/2008, there would be a 5$ charge for
passing through
bridge tolls, as well as any airport runs. Hence, an airport run,
say
from East Bay, would be a minimum of 82$+fuel$ (60$+fuel$+12$+5$+5$).
- Effective 7/1/2009,
there would be a 10$
charge for passing through Golden Gate Bridge FasTrak lane.
- Effective
7/1/2009, there would be a 5% or
5$(whichever higher) additional charge for credit card
processing. Likewise parking fees will be excluded from
administrative fees.
|
|
3d
|
Minimum
Service
|
- As
a rule of thumb, all sedan
driven events have a 1-hour
and
stretch
jobs have a 2-hour
minimum service charge.
|
|
3e
|
Late
PM or Early AM Service |
- Rides/Services/Tours
beginning or ending
between midnight
till 6:00 a.m. will have an over-time
rate,
i.e. the
service rate would be 90$/hour.
- Hence, the total
charges could range from (90$+fuel$+18$)=98$/hour+fuel$ to
(90$+fuel$+27$)=117$+fuel$/hour.
- The same is true for ANY event
that would last longer than 8 hours.
|
|

|
- Long
Distance & Weekend
Rate Jobs
- Major Holiday
Rate Charges
- Drive-As-Directed Charges
|
- Long
distance (>72 miles round trip)
& weekend trips
will be charged the overtime rate, UNLESS
adjusted/quoted IN
WRITING ONLY.
- Major holiday service rates
are 90$/hour. New
year's eve rate is 120$/hour.
- Trips with
unspecified itinerary or those with more than 80% in driving time
will be charged the over-time rate.
This clearly means that the normal base rate would be 90$/hour
and the over-time rate would be 135$/hr.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
|
|
| 3g |
Overtime
Rate |
- Overtime
rate (1
1/2 times the quoted figure) will apply to ALL events that exceed
the
reserved time (i.e. If you reserve an event for 6 hours, but end
up using 8 hours of service, the remaining two hours will be billed 1
1/2 times the original amount and the same will apply to administrative
fee and gratuity).
- Therefore, it is in your best interest to plan
an event accurately.
|
|
3h
|
Last
Minute Calls |
- Last
minute
service requests (less than 4-hour notice), CAN
be charged 2$ a
minute. Hence the over-time rate would be 3$/minute!!!
- i.e. A last
minute call for a service between 12:00 midnight and 6:00 A.M. will
cost at least 180$+fuel$+36$ (216$+fuel$) to 180$+fuel$+54$(234$+fuel$).
|
|

|
Payment
Methods |
- Acceptable forms
of
payment are: Credit Cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card,
Discover), Personal or Business Checks, Cashier's Check, Money Order,
Bank Wire Transfer, Traveler Cheques, Cash (foreign currency is
welcome!) and lastly U$D!
|
|

- We will charge a monthly
late fee of
10% of an invoice which is not paid within 30 days,
from date of service, until paid in full. NO EXCEPTION!

Carding Policy |
- Notice
to Our Colleagues &
Customers: Your service would be 100%
FREE, if in
case of
sub-contracting our service to/from another vendor either: They would
promote their business via handing
out a business card or ANY lead
information or conversely if ANY of our staff engages in such
immoral
activity.
|
|
| 4a |
Cellular
or Mobile Calls |
- You
may make FREE
local or long distance calls
within the 48 contiguous states,
while cruising with us. We know of no
limousine company that would
offer
you this service for free.
|
|
5
|
Corporate
Accounts
|
- Corporate
accounts are
welcome & negotiated on a case by case
basis. We would delightfully furnish you ample documents about
our licenses, permits, insurance, etc., in addition to professional
references.
|
|

Smoking
& Drinking Alcohol, and Illegal Drugs
|
- ALL
our
cars/fleet is 100% non-smoking-no-pet
environment. Due to absorption of
odor, we will charge a minimum
of 4-hour service (240$) for smoking in
our limos.
- We would
have to remove the smoked car from
service
and take to our designated facility. PLEASE respect the privacy
and comfort of other
guests/visitors by not indulging yourself in smoking while riding with
us. POSITIVELY
no illegal drugs are allowed to be brought in, nor smoked in.
- Similarly, we will charge a minimum
of 8 hour service (480$)
per person for vomiting!
We are adding this "harsh
penalty"
after
learning from the experience of our colleagues, that a simple
irresponsible behavior can potentially ruin everyone (the client and
the limousine company)'s entire day and night.
- PLEASE drink
responsibly!
|
|
7
|
Unacceptable
Conducts
|
- WARNING: ANY
abusive
demeanor, conduct, use, damage or illegal
activity, at our
discretion, would result in highest possible charges being levied
against the client, not to mention immediate disembarkment &
ceasing of service. It is extremely unsafe to engage in fruitless
arguments with the driver for any shortcomings that may have risen
prior to providing the service (e.g. tardiness, type of limo requested,
etc.)
|
|

|
Check
Honor
|
- If
you place a stop
payment
on a check that we honored, we will NOT serve you anymore in the
future.
- The same is true for a charge-back on a credit
card. You are
HIGHLY urged to resolve
any
discrepancies at the onset, rather than letting it stretch into
a conflict.
|
|
10
|
Legal
Fees
|
- You
explicitly
agree to pay us our attorney
fees,
legal costs, interest, etc., should we take a legal action against you,
in addition to the original invoice.
- If we resort to a small
claims court, you agree to pay us 60$
per hour
for our time in bringing the case to court, which can potentially be
several hours or hundreds of dollars!
- In the event of litigation the proper venue
would be Palo Alto Court, for the obvious reason that our place of
business is in this jurisdiction.
|
|
11
|
Spills
|
- Learning
from the experience of other limousine companies, we WILL charge you a
minimum of 4 hours of service (240$)
for leaving a gum
or major spills in the limousine.
- Such extra charges can
& WILL be added after finishing your event and they will be
invoiced
or charged on your credit card. Again, PLEASE
drink responsibly!
|
|
12
|
Damage
to Limousine or Lost Items
|
- Again,
learning
from the experience of other
professionals, we WILL
charge your credit card to the fullest extent for any
damage
to the limousine, lost or broken glassware, etc.
- Please note that
often times, we have to replace
the entire set of, say, glassware if
one is missing or broken.
- This cost will surely be substantially
high
due to our cost of their replacement. Majority of times, we
cannot
readily replace lost items & have to order from
specialty
outlets & wait. So, PLEASE use and enjoy the
facilities, accommodations, etc., fully
and
in a responsible manner.
- You hereby give us explicit
authorization
to charge you accordingly, in the unlikely occurrence of such events.
|
|
13
|
Willful
Damage to Our Limousines
|
- If we
discern/discover a willful
damage to our limousine(s) we will file criminal
charges against each & every person in the party. We
apologize for the harsh tone of this rule, but this DOES happen
elsewhere :(
- If
you notice ANY damage to our limousine(s), notify the driver
IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT ASSUME anything.
|
|

Provoking
Problem/Tensions
|
- You are strongly urged to refrain from
unprofessional conduct, & demeanor, let alone foul language
in the rare likelihood or a risen problem (e.g. driver tardiness,
warm drinks, etc.).
- DO NOT throw food items on the limo and/or degrade
the driver. His focus must be on safe driving techniques.
- If you provoke any tensions or problems, the least
that will happen to you is being levied the maximum
possible charges set forth herein PLUS legal fees, if we resort
to such remedies.
- This vividly means, if we come to a final written
agreement that your travel time was waived and you were given a base
rate of 60$/hour on a weekend for a 10-hour tour, then the event for
ANY reason turns out to be full of tensions, problems, etc., we would
be revising
the charges to the 90$/hour, plus the over-time rate (more than
8 hours), plus over-time rate of entire event if the trip were more
than
72 miles, in most likelihoods.
- PLEASE be calm and civil.
Enjoy your ride, as the best you could and contact me personally.
I WILL make you happy, provided that you have a legitimate concern.
- Do not expect to get free limo ride
for 4 (four) days if the driver could not buy the special snack
that your mistress wanted before your wine tour, as it did for a
"couple" from Orlando, Florida for us.
